Misty Cove’s Organic Pinot Noir is certified organic with BioGro New Zealand. Lovingly handcrafted from a single vineyard in the Southern Valley, Misty Cove have captured its unique “terroir” to produce a rounded and supple Marlborough Pinot Noir.

The wine was produced from a mixture of Dijon clones 115, 667, 777 and Abel. Every care in the winery was taken to ensure the stunning organic Pinot Noir fruit from the 2021 shone through.

Minimal winemaking intervention therefore allowed this wine to show its natural expression of terroir. Complements of new French oak (20%) with the balance being older barrels to bring warmth and elegance to the palate.
