If you are using this plate to attach it to the Rack for extra strength, we will be providing a set of stainless steel screws with washers and nuts instead of the D shackles if D Shackles are not in stock. Please make sure to tighten the wing nut securely using pliers, along with the included pressure washer, to ensure everything stays firmly in place.
