Candle Burn Instructions:
◆ Trim wick to 1/4" prior to burning. Do not leave burning unattended.
◆ Keep candle away from any foreign objects and drafts.
◆ Do not burn candle for more then four hrs at a time.
◆ Discontinue use when only 1/4" wax remains.

It’s not unbearable but I would keep that in mind if you’re planning to wear them standing for a long period of time. I didn’t see many reviews about people with half sizes except one and I listened to that one review and I’m very thankful I did. So PLEASE size up half a size.
