Laurus 'Nobilis' is a beautiful & low maintenance variety of evergreen tree, with a stunning green foliage which lasts almost all year round. The hardy specimen is grown with a long and straight stem which holds various yellow flowers and aromatic leaves - the ideal choice for adding some height to small gardens, patios or borders.

The 'Nobilis' is a wonderful evergreen shrub that grows into a small tree. Also known as Bay Laurel or True Laurel, this Laurus plant features excellent dark green foliage that will decorate your patio all year long. The Laurus 'Nobilis' is native to the Mediterranean and holds great culinary value.

This is a highly pest and disease resistant plant. Even though it is popularly grown in containers, it is much hardier when planted in the ground. Laurus Nobilis will prefer a sunny location but will perform no less in partial shade or dense shade. It will thrive in any soil that is moderately fertile, can retain moisture and is regularly drained. Plant them in a sheltered location, protected from cold winds.

Supplied at a total height of around 80cm (from the roots). Bay Trees can reach an ultimate spread of around 200cm.
